A note from the founder
As a coach, the learning that shaped me most came from talking with colleagues. Sometimes this was formally organized, and sometimes it was informal over coffee or a flight to a recruiting event.
Early on, as an assistant, I balanced coaching and working part-time at a local bakery to make ends meet. For reasons like this, among many others, assistant coaches don't always have opportunities or time to develop. Yet they are some of the most important figures for young people. They deserve meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, get better, and find their community.
